Our Own Home Finally!

This is for real…we have acquired a property last month and is now being refurbished so we can transfer by April. I’m excited. I thought it’s so surreal but it’s not. Construction is being done already and I’ve already bought the floor tiles which I personally picked. I hope to see results by next week. I’m also planning to buy other materials like industrial rubber hose to be installed outside for ease of water source. Will post pictures of the before and after images once the construction is finished. Finally, a home of our own…

Personal Development

Since I started working in a BPO industry, I noticed that being able to know how to speak other languages can be an advantage. And I mean huge advantage. I have friends who speak Spanish and they are being compensated higher than we do. That’s the reason why my co-worker is now taking a Spanish degree online so she will have an edge as well. I’m thinking of doing the same. But it’s not only to be able to get higher compensation but for career and personal development as well. Being able to speak and read other language is a confidence booster.

since this is an analog (film) camera, I needed to buy lots of film and had them film scanned before I'm able to post the pictures online. Kinda tedious but I'm excited for it.

White Or Brown?

I was eating lunch with my colleagues yesterday when we came to the topic on skin treatments. I couldn’t believe some of them are taking and even injecting gluta to get fairer skin and this person is not even a girl, he’s gay and while others are going gaga over some mobile spray tanning equipment to get tanner complexion he’s into making himself like snow white. Is it vanity? Oh well, as for me, I love my color. I won’t do anything to change it since the cost of whitening supplements can give me headaches. Some people even said that taking whitening supplements like this should be a lifetime practice because once you stopped, you will have your dark brown skin back at once..haha!

I Need Some Time

I’ve been working on a project now and I need help from a cd duplication service provider. I’m having problems with my PC right now (which reminds me to purchase a new external hard drive asap, as in, this is so urgent) and I cannot perform several important tasks. And with my current schedule I’m also having difficulty in doing these tasks; I’m having problems with time. I really wish I can have a few more time to spend for these extra projects. And I mean, quality time.
